Why The Rig? 

The Rig is fast becoming an industry staple, allowing barbers to cut in the shop or on the go, all while staying organized and cutting faster. Incorporating both fashion and functionality for the modern barber, The Rig is a tailored solution to empower you in your daily work.

Do you offer alternative payment methods?

We do! The checkout process can be completed with flexible payment through one of our payment providers. You have the ability to use Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay to split your order up into 4 biweekly payments. This allows you to get your order immediately while stretching payments over a two month period.

Do you offer wholesale rates?

We are happy to announce that we now offer wholesale rates for distributors and barbershops. If you are interested in purchasing at bulk, please send an email over to team@slckr.us. We will get back to you within two business days.

Shipment

How often are orders processed?

Orders are processed 1-2 days after the order is placed. In most cases, if an order is placed in the middle of the day we will process it the next morning and drop it off to the local carrier for delivery (excluding weekends).

 

When will I receive my order?

For domestic, expect 5-7 business days from the day you make your order. This gives us 1-2 days to process the order and drop it off to our local carrier. International orders are subject to separate to extended times based on shippers and location.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship globally. Contact us directly to inquire about customs and import fees specific to your country.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our full refund policy can be found here.

 

How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at team@slckr.us. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Be sure to contact us before returning your Rig!

 

When will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Additional time must be allotted for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
