  • How Long Does Shipping Take?

    Shipping will vary depending on where your order is being shipped to. Generally, in the United States, our standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive to your front door. For International orders, these may take anywhere from 3-5 business days depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. 

  • How Can I Track My Order

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to the email provided at checkout. If you aren’t able to see an order confirmation and or tracking link, please check your spam/junk folder. Otherwise, contact team@slckr.us for further assistance!

  • How Can I Change My Order?

    If you noticed that you made an error, either in the item you ordered or in regards to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at team@slckr.us. As long as the order hasn’t shipped out yet, we’ll be happy to lend a hand!

  • What is Your Return Policy?

    You have 30 days from placing your order to return any unused (not cut in) apparel and accessories. Please reach out to us directly at team@slckr.uswith your order number (4-digits, such as 0000) and we’ll happily help out!

  • How Long Until I Receive my Refund?

    Once your order is shipped back to us, please allow for 5-7 business days to for us to receive your order, process it, and refund your card on file. You’ll receive an email stating that your refund has been accepted and processed, just allow for a few more days for the money to go back on your card. At this time, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping if you decide to return an item.

  • Do You Offer Exchanges?

    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We encourage our customers to place a new order for the desired item and contact us for assistance with returns. The return label will be paid for by us, but we will not be able to refund the shipping cost of the original order. Please see our returns policy for further details.
